Husband and wife team, Judy and Mark met in the real estate industry in 2011 and were married in 2022. Judy was originally licensed in 1985 and Mark in 2001. They are both coincidentally from Rhode Island, but moved to Arizona in the 70’s and now reside in Ahwatukee/Phoenix. They began sailing in 2015 when they bought their 1st sailboat and have since moved their hobby to San Diego, where they often visit. Their dog, Sailor is popular for her many adventures and was named for their love of sailing. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren who they love and enjoy spending time.

Ultimately their passion lies in helping others build wealth through owning Real Estate. They believe that homeownership is the first step on the journey towards Real Estate wealth. Investing smartly is the next step towards building your own legacy.

Judy Chasse

With nearly 40 years of Real Estate industry experience Judy brings a seasoned perspective to helping her clients achieve their goals. Originally licensed in 1985, Judy worked in the Industrial/Commercial side of Real Estate with her father George Chasse.

Judy has since worked in almost every aspect of the industry; title, escrow, home inspections, home warranty, mortgage, and now back as a full time REALTOR and co-owner of ‘Set Sail Group’ powered by eXp Realty. She has been extremely involved with the WeSERV Realtor Association.

Judy has 2 daughters who gave her 3 grandchildren. She loves to spoil them and then give them back to their Mom & Dad. Her love of the water brings her to San Diego often to enjoy their sailboat and the local community.

Mark Poisson

OWNER / COACH

Originally licensed in 2002, Mark had a quick start in Real Estate winning Rookie of the Year at Diamondback Realty and never looked back. Mark began teaching, mentoring, and coaching Realtors, eventually becoming Team Leader at Keller Williams in Tempe AZ with over 300 agents in his office. Mark has taught and trained thousands of Realtors in his career and is passionate about elevating the level of Professionalism in the Real Estate industry.

Mark has been very involved at the WeSERV Realtor Association as an instructor for his own 10 week class series called “Set Sail”.

Mark has a son who is married and lives in San Francisco, CA. He enjoys hiking, sailing & relaxing on their boat in San Diego every chance he gets. He grew up watching sailboats in the sailing mecha of Newport, RI and fell in love with it.

As a Navy veteran, Mark has always had a passion for serving others. Mark has been the Field Captain for the 9-11 Healing Field in Tempe since 2010. He continues to donate his time in organizations when able.

And yes, Mark still loves working with his Buyer, Seller, and Investor Clients as well.
